Officials with The Raceway at Western Fair District have informed Trot Insider that the track is still planning on going forward with its program of live racing this evening (Monday, Feb. 24).
The Western Fair District’s announcement comes after a weekend of mild temperatures that saw neighbouring track Flamboro Downs cancel its Sunday (Feb. 23) program due to track conditions.
The Western Fair District’s first race is scheduled for 6:15 p.m. this evening.
