Officials with Fraser Downs have been forced to cancel the live card of harness racing slated for Friday, February 22.
The cancellation comes as a result of ongoing problems with the racing surface caused by the extreme winter weather on the west coast. This cancellation is the third straight card cancelled after track issues prompted cancellations on February 15 and 17.
Fraser's next card of harness racing is slated for Sunday, February 24.
