The Harness Horse Youth Foundation is seeking trainers and/or stables willing to prep the horses used for the HHYF Summer Programs.
Trainers would be expected to jog or exercise the horse on a daily basis to build stamina; no actual training miles would be required. Trainer would be responsible for all care, feed, hay, bedding, and shoeing. Upon request, gifts-in-kind receipts for services would be issued.
Approximate arrival date of the horse will be April 1 and horses would be returned to HHYF by mid June. Each horse will be accompanied by written documentation of complete vaccination schedule and shots as well as harness and hopples.
