Notices for the two-year-old sustaining payment of the Maritime Breeders Stake, due March 15, 2020, were mailed last week.
There was an error on the forms. The amount due for March 15, 2020 should be $200.00, not $300.00 as indicated.
New notices were mailed today and should be received early next week. If you have already sent your payment in the wrong amount of $300.00, Standardbred Canada will issue a refund of $100.00 upon receipt of payment. If you have already paid on our eShop Stake Payment system, you have paid the correct fee.
The Maritime Breeders Stake was changed to a divisions-only format this year for two-year-olds, and the sustaining fee was to be changed to $200.00 from the previous fee of $300.00.
