Officials with Harrah's Chester Racetrack have announced that the raceway will be holding qualifying sessions prior to the commencement of its live racing meet
.
The track will hold pre-meet qualifiers during the mornings of Friday, March 2 and Tuesday, March 6, with first post at 10:00 a.m. each day.
Entries will be accepted the day prior on both occasions, with the box scheduled to close at 11:00 a.m.
Horsepeople are also reminded to provide the race office with all applicable health documents for their horses, including coggins and rabies paperwork dated 2012 and a health certificate from the last 30 days. They may be faxed to the race office at 484-490-2230. Additionally, racing applications are available through Chester's website.
The race office will open on Friday, February 24.
