Track officials at The Raceway at Western Fair District have been forced to cancel tonight’s (Tuesday, February 14) program of live racing.
The cancellation has come due to rapidly deteriorating track conditions caused by sun and unseasonably warm temperatures in the London, Ont. area. They deemed it would ultimately be unsafe for horses and participants.
The next program of live racing is scheduled for Wednesday night with a first post at 6:15 p.m. To view the entries, click here.
Officials apologize for the inconvenience. Horsepeople who arrived on site to race Tuesday are asked to notify the race office or racing manager Greg Blanchard at [email protected].
