The Meadows Racetrack & Casino has cancelled four March late closer series for three and four-year-olds.
The cancelled series are the Walter Russell Memorial, the Donna Dunn Memorial, the Ken Weaver Memorial and the Mary Wohlmuth Memorial, all with a Feb. 15 nomination deadline.
Payments already received will be refunded. It is not known if the series will be rescheduled.
Four April late closer series for three-year-olds, with a March 15 nomination deadline, are expected to be raced as scheduled. For more information, please contact the race office 724-225-9897.
