Do you consider yourself a food aficionado? Do you love to try out new restaurants, watch the Food Channel obsessively, dream about making new dishes for the family and consider the kitchen your most favourite room in the house?
If this sounds like you, you might be interested in helping the organizers select the four-course dinner that will be served at the 2014 O’Brien Awards black tie gala.
We’re looking for one Fan Club member to join us for the annual ‘taste testing’ at the Delta Meadowvale Hotel on Thursday, January 15 from 1 to 3 p.m.
At the taste testing, the Delta’s Award winning chef, Andrew Nelson, will be showcasing a selection of soups, salads, entrees and desserts for the team to taste, savour and critique with the ultimate goal of selecting the meal for the 2014 O’Brien Awards, which will be hosted at the Delta Meadowvale Hotel & Conference Centre on Saturday, February 7.
In 150 words or less, tell us why you should be the official taste tester for the O’Brien Awards and mention what your favourite meal is.
Submissions are due by December 22 and the winner will be notified the week of December 29.
