The campaign to raise funds for London-based horseman Larry Johnson is nearing the intended goal of $10,000 and donations will be accepted until Wednesday, December 9.
Johnson, one of the area's most well-known horsepeople, has been dealing with serious health issues in recent years. To help offset the financial challenges associated with his health issues, his wife Betty established a GoFundMe page. Combined with private donations, more than $8,000 has been raised to this point.
