Trot Insider has learned that the semi-annual general meeting of the Prince County Horsemen’s Club that had been scheduled for Tuesday (December 12) has been rescheduled.
The meeting will now take place this Thursday (December 14) at 7:00 at the Credit Union Place, located in Summerside.
The meeting will see the election of Directors for the incoming year (2018) conducted.
The following matters will form the business of the semi-annual general meeting:
1. Report of the Nominating Committee.
2. Any nomination from the floor must be accompanied by a Petition with five
signatures of regular PCHC members in good standing.
3. Election of Directors.
4. Presentation of interim financial statements of all funds received by the
corporation in 2017.
All PCHC members in good standing in 2017 are urged to attend.
