Harness racing at Dover Downs and Monticello Raceway has been cancelled on Monday due to the effects of a severe snowstorm
.
Monticello got one race book in the books before pulling the plug on the balance of Monday's program. The half-mile oval is scheduled to resume racing tomorrow afternoon with a first race post time set for 12:25 p.m.
Dover is scheduled to resume racing on Tuesday, as well, with a first race post time of 4:30 p.m.
