The Great Canadian Gaming Corporation, operator of Fraser Downs, today announced that there will be a purse increase at the Cloverdale, BC track effective December 31
, 2010.
"Effective December 31, 2010, purses at Fraser Downs will be increased $500 across the board," Raj Mutti, who was appointed GCGC's Regional General Manager, Racing, earlier this week, was quoted as saying via release.
Fraser Downs Director of Racing Jackson Wittup described it as being a 10 per cent blended increase with the bottom purses going up close to 25 per cent and the top end by 5 per cent.
