As the year and the current run of Don't Dress for Dinner comes to a close at the Mohawk Dinner Theatre, the Woodbine Entertainment Group is pleased to announce the addition of three new productions to the

2011 theatre lineup.

To complement the Canadian premiere of 'Nana's Naughty Knickers' by Katharine DiSavino, which will be running January 21 through March 5, Working Reel Productions will produce 'The Love List' by Norm Foster from March 25 to May 14, 'Steel Magnolias' by Robert Harling running September 16 to October 22 and 'Sinners' by Norm Foster from November 4 to December 17.

WEG has teamed with the Milton Mall to become the presenting sponsor of the Mohawk Dinner Theatre.

"In a shared commitment for strong local ties within the community, Woodbine Entertainment Group is proud to have the Milton Mall as the presenting sponsor of Mohawk Dinner Theatre," said WEG Director of Catering and Group Sales Joseph Araujo. "We're sure that with the strong lineup of shows for 2011 and the fantastic job Working Reel does in producing them that Mohawk Dinner Theatre can only continue to grow."

Jenifer Sim, the marketing director for the Milton Mall and Sheridan Centre properties, figures the sponsorship is a natural tie-in considering the Milton Mall's relationship with the local arts scene.

"Milton Mall is a strong supporter of the local arts community and is proud to be the presenting sponsor of the Mohawk Dinner Theatre," said Sim. "We were pleased to get involved during their first season and look forward to watching it grow."

Buddy Brennan, president of Working Reel Productions, says Mohawk is great spot to watch live theatre.

"Working Reel is extremely proud to partner with Woodbine Entertainment. The opportunity to direct shows in one of the most impressive dinner theatre venues in Ontario is exciting for us," Brennan said. "Great food, funny shows and wonderfully supportive sponsors such as Jenifer Sim at the Sheridan Centre and the Milton Mall makes this the best place to see live theatre."

A new website relaying details of the Mohawk Dinner Theatre and its offerings has been created (mohawkdinnertheatre.com).
