Windemere Farms has announced the addition of two new stallions to its 2022 roster.

Somewhere Fancy and Legion Of Honor will join proven sire Malicious to stand stud in P.E.I. at Windemere Farms for the 2022 season.

"They are two well-bred, good-looking individuals, along with Malicious, and we're very excited to have them join the roster," Earl Watts told Trot Insider.

Somewhere Fancy, the 2018 Gold Cup & Saucer champion, boasts 58 career wins and more than $850,000 in earnings. A son of Somebeachsomewhere out of the Artsplace stakes-winning mare Fanciful Hanover, he took a mark of 1:49.2 as a four-year-old at the Meadowlands Racetrack. The tough 10-year-old pacer closed out his career on December 12 with a dominant victory in the Preferred at Charlottetown Driving Park over an off track. Somewhere Fancy's stud fee has been set at $2,000, with a multiple mare discount being offered; his fee will be reduced to $1,500 for breedings to more than one mare.

Four-year-old trotting stallion Legion Of Honor is out of the multiple Grand Circuit stakes-winning Lindy Lane mare Harbour Belle. He is a Muscle Hill sibling to Handover Belle 5,1:51.1 ($565,977) and Im So Fancy 3,1:54.1f ($350,757). Legion Of Honor will stand for a stud fee of $1,000.

Malicious's stud fee will be $1,500 for the 2022 season, or $1,250 for breedings to more than one mare.
