On Monday, December 19, the Meadows Racetrack announced its live racing schedule for 2012, a program which features 208 cards
and the 46th edition of the Delvin Miller Adios the last two Saturdays in July.
The Pennsylvania Harness Racing Commission has approved the schedule.
“This is a robust schedule that reflects both the strength of harness racing in Pennsylvania and the consistent and welcome support of our fans,” said Mike Jeannot, president, Meadows Racing.
The Meadows will race 50 weeks in 2012, dark only Thanksgiving and Christmas weeks. Generally, the track will stage four cards per week, with Monday and Tuesday programs beginning at 12:55 p.m. and Wednesday and Friday cards underway at 6:55 p.m.
In July-August, the track will add five consecutive Saturday cards, including Adios eliminations the evening of July 21 and the Adios final, which will headline a stakes-filled afternoon program, on July 28.
