Officials with Northfield Park have announced that the track has added a total-pool guarantee for a wager on its card of live racing for Monday (Dec. 17).
There will be a $25,000 total-pool guarantee on the 20-cent Super High Five.
Offered in Race 13, the $25,000 Super High Five guaranteed total pool includes a carryover of $8,547.
Northfield’s Super High Five offers a reduced takeout rate of just 14 per cent.
The evening’s ninth race will kick off the 20-cent Northfield Single Six, which offers a $5,476 carryover.
Monday’s post time is at 6 p.m.
