Longtime horseman Ron McLeod passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 14 in Regina, Sask. at the age of 66.
Predeceased by parents William and Margaret, Ron is survived by his loving companion Lesley; brother Rod (Donna); loving children Ross (Shauna), Owen (Michelle), Seth (Chantal), Trevor (Brandy), Michael, Christine (Jason), Andrew (Janice); 24 gandchildren and 1 great-granddaughter. Born in Emo, Ont., Ron was a family man, with a passion for Standardbred race horses and harness racing. This passion took him all across Canada sharing his love for the sport.
A Come and Go Celebration of Ron's life will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, December 19, 2014 at Broadway United Church (lower level), 105 Broadway Ave., Regina, SK.
