Horse owner Edmond Gagnon, a resident of Grand-Barachois, New Brunswick, passed away Friday, December 10 at the Dr. Georges-L-Dumont Hospital after
a brief illness. He was 92.
His death came nine days after the death of Juliette Gagnon, his wife of 65 years.
Edmond is survived by five children, Louise McKee (Paul), Marie Thérèse Brun (Michel), Ronald (Raymonde) and Normand (Thérèse) all of Grand-Barachois, Roger (Nicole) of Shediac Cape; eight grandchildren: Patrick, Kevin, Lisa, Sean, Renée, Colette, Jean-Marc and Gino. He is also survived by two sisters, Mary and Louise.
He was also pre-deceased by a daughter, Murielle, at the age of 14 months in 1956 and by a brother, Joe.

A funeral mass will be celebrated at Saint-Henri Roman Catholic Church in Grand-Barachois on Friday, December 17 at 11:00 a.m.
