Officials with Batavia Downs have announced the details of an upcoming guaranteed pool for one of the track’s exotic wagers.
On Friday (Dec. 13) there will be a carryover of $1,164 in the Pick-5 at Batavia Downs and a guaranteed pool of $3,500 has been announced for the Pick-5 wager that day.
The pool is part of the United States Trotting Association’s (USTA) Strategic Wagering Program, and, as such, free program pages are available on the USTA’s website.
The Pick-5 wager begins in Race 1 and runs through Race 5. It is a 50-cent base wager and if all five winners aren’t selected, the carryover amount will move to the Saturday (Dec. 14) program.
Post time for the first race Friday is 6 p.m.
