The Standardbred Retirement Foundation's raffle to win a trip to the famous Prix d'Amerique in Paris is drawing this Friday (December 15).
The trip for two includes a five-day/four-night stay in Paris at a four star hotel; including sightseeing and city tours; a tour to Grosbois, the training centre; cocktail parties, up to a $1,200 voucher for airfare, and the famous race, all from January 25 - January 29, 2018.
The trip will start with a city sightseeing tour of Paris to the Arch of Triumph, Place de la Concorde, Eiffel Tower and more, accompanied by an English-speaking tour guide, followed by a three-course dinner and French wine.
You'll visit Grosbois, the training center, it is like no other, and here the horse is king. People rave about it and say nothing else is quite like it. Spend a day at the races at Vincennes, what many call the most opulent harness track in the world. You can enjoy races of a variety of distances all from a standing start. On race day join fans from all over the world for the big race.
You may also consider extending your trip by booking accordingly.
All raffle ticket sales support the nearly 300 trotters and pacers SRF has under its full expense, as well as its youth programs. Different from every other organization, SRF supports this large number of horses on a daily basis, and has a lifetime follow up program in place since 1989, so no adopted horse is ever at risk.
SRF needs help to continue to serve the horses that have served many and asks for support of this important fundraiser. For raffle tickets call our office at 732-446-4422 or email us at [email protected].
