The Canada Border Services Agency has circulated an advice sheet about the responsibility of importers and/or authorized agents with respect to valuation of equine semen for use in horse breeding

Trot Insider has learned that as of Friday, December 10, the document should be used for its informational purposes only.
Trot Insider has learned that the information which is contained in the advice sheet is not set in stone at this point, thus it should just be used as a guideline for the time being.
When Trot Insider receives an update in regard to the status of the advice sheet, the information will be passed along via the SC website.
