As part of the process leading towards the approval of 2010 racetrack licenses, the Director of the Ontario Racing Commission has reviewed the various race date submissions and made decisions
regarding the 2010 race date schedule.
The number of dates for each track is listed below along with the ORC’s decision to decline or approve the rate date applications:

All applications for 364 days of simulcasting as applied are approved, and no decision in the matter of Fort Erie Racetrack has been made at this time.
