Truro Raceway has released details of a new pacing series to be contested at the Nova Scotia half-mile oval later this month.
The November Pacing Series is for horses that have not raced for a purse greater than $3,500 from Aug. 1, 2022 to Oct. 31, 2022 (inclusive). Also eligible are three-year-olds who are non-winners of $35,000 in 2022 to Oct. 31 (inclusive). Fillies and mares are also eligible.
Eliminations will take place on Sunday, Nov. 20, with a purse of $3,000 per elimination. An $8,000 final and $4,000 consolation are slated for Sunday, Nov. 27.
