In addition to a solid list of auction items for the Victoria Burn Unit fundraiser spearheaded by trainer Casie Coleman and Fraser Downs, Trot Insider has received word that a pair of very attractive items has been added to the auction
list.
Trainer Joe Holloway has donated a free breeding to Badlands Hanover, the 13-year-old son of Western Hanover that is now standing in Ontario at Winbak Farms. The breeding is valued at $5,000.
Horse owner Tom Hill has donated a two-week stay in England at his Park Lane Holiday Homes and Country Club.
The facility is located beside the beach and has a countryside setting in NW England (seven minutes from Liverpool and an hour from Manchester). There are many golf courses in the area, including the Royal Liverpool (where Tiger Woods won the 2006 British Open). It is open for 10 months of the year, and only a one month notice will be necessary when booking. Depending on the time of year chosen, this item carries a value anywhere from $2,500 - $3,400.
People that will not be in attendance at Fraser Downs on Wednesday, November 11 but are interested in either of these two items should contact Casie Coleman or Jackson Wittup.
