Officials with Southwind Farms have issued a follow-up release in regard to its announcement that Muscle Hill, the leading trotting sire in the world, will be standing at stud at Southwind Farms in New Jersey for the 2017 breeding season.
In a release last week announcing that Muscle Hill would stand the 2017 breeding season at Southwind Farms in New Jersey, a statement was made regarding the stallion's libido, health and general well being affected by the movement between Marion Farms and Southwind, where he has been returning after each of the past three breeding seasons.
That statement was misinterpreted by some as a complaint against Marion and that could not be further from the truth.
Marion Farms is a first class facility and the level of care that was provided for Muscle Hill was exemplary. Southwind Farms and the Muscle Hill Syndicate would like to thank Mr. William Mulligan, owner of Marion Farms, and his staff, especially Lynda Barnhart, for their efforts during the past three seasons.
