Noting the safety of their athletes, guests and staff, Northlands Park has cancelled its live harness racing card this evening (Saturday, November 29) due to severe weather conditions in the region.
The Northlands Filly Pace eliminations that were scheduled for tonight will now be contested next Saturday evening and will not be re-drawn. The final will be postponed until December 13.
Since eliminations were not required for the Western Canada Pacing Derby, the $95,000 final will be contested as originally scheduled, next Saturday, December 6.
