Standardbred Canada issued a notice on Wednesday, Nov. 27 to racing participants in British Columbia regarding racing services.

Effective Dec. 1, 2024, please note that transfer fees for any horse claimed at Fraser Downs will be invoiced directly to the first new owner. Please be aware that cash and cheques will not be accepted for claims.
All owners must submit a valid claiming authorization form to the Member Services department at Standardbred Canada prior to their horse participating in any claiming race. You can find the required form here: Claiming Authorization Form. You may submit your completed form to [email protected].
All business transactions with the Standardbred Canada Racing Representative will only take place on race and qualifying days. For your convenience, eShop is accessible 24/7 on the Standardbred Canada website at standardbredcanada.ca. Should you have any questions or require assistance, please contact the Standardbred Canada head office during business hours, which are from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. EST, at 905-858-3060. For after-hours support, a Central Lead Representative is available to assist with queries or transactions from 4:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. EST at 905-858-3060 ext. 876.
