Live harness racing at Bally’s Dover will be dark in observance of the U.S. Thanksgiving Day holiday on Thursday, Nov. 28 and the race office will also be closed.
The race office will be accepting entries on Friday, Nov. 29 (one time only) for races to be held on Wednesday, Dec. 4. The entry box will close at 11 a.m. as usual.
