It has been reported that on Tuesday (Nov. 20) Catalyst Capital Inc. filed for Initial Public Offering of multiple Ontario Gaming Bundle operator Gateway Casinos and Entertainment Ltd.
As an article by casinoreports.ca explains, the IPO was only filed in the United States.
Information within the filing states that Catalyst Capital will utilize the proceeds of the IPO.
Gateway Casinos and Entertainment is the service provider for Ontario’s southwest, central, and northern gaming bundles.
