This Friday (Nov. 22), guests dining in Pink can enjoy the taste of Poland while watching and wagering on the world’s greatest harness racing at the Meadowlands Racetrack.
The buffet is $29.95 and will feature pierogi, kielbasa and sauerkraut on the ‘Polish Festa’ station. Shrimp gumbo, baby back ribs, teriyaki salmon, chicken parm and seasonal squash are just a few of dishes diners will be treated to on the Friday buffet.
The $39.95 Saturday, November 23rd buffet is highlighted by Cajun-rubbed strip steak with Shiitake mushrooms, porcini ravioli in a brandy cream sauce, slow-braised collard greens and chicken Milanese.
