Trot Insider has learned that a pair of Standardbred Canada members, Grace Brethour and Eileen Debnam, recently passed away.
Mildred ‘Grace’ Brethour passed away peacefully at the Bon Air Nursing Home in Cannington, Ont. on Tuesday, November 19 at the age of 86. Grace was the beloved wife of Lorne Brethour of Sunderland; loving mother of Murray (Debbie) Brethour of Sunderland, Jim (Wendy) Nolan and the late Patricia (Lorne) Brown. Cherished grandmother of Dave, Jamie, Rachel, Ben and Jolene, and great grandchildren Nicholas and Ashley. Predeceased by her siblings Bruce, Don and Ollie (Olive). Dearly remembered by many nieces and nephews.
Friends are invited to call at the Thorne Funeral Home, 98 River Street in Sunderland, Ont. on Friday, November 22 from 11:30 a.m. until time of funeral service at 1:00 p.m. Interment St. John Cemetery.

Trot Insider has also learned that Eileen Debnam, sister of Lorne Brethour, mother of Earla Geisel, passed away last week at the age of 87. A private family graveside service was held for Eileen.
