Trot Insider has obtained the rescheduled date for the NLSBA/SC filly stakes at the St. John's Racing & Entertainment Centre in Goulds, Newfoundland. The stakes event had been postponed due to Hurricane Igor
.
The stakes -- which are co-sponsored by the Newfoundland Standardbred Breeders Association, Standardbred Canada and the St. John's Racing & Entertainment Centre -- will now take place Monday, October 25.
The event is for two and three-year-old pacing and trotting fillies that are 100 per cent Newfoundland owned as of February 15, 2010.
