Black type yearling entries are being taken for the 76th Annual Blooded Horse Fall Sale to be held Nov. 15 at the Champions Center in Springfield, Ohio.
The sale will be the last opportunity to offer yearlings at a major in person sale. The deadline for the black type section is Oct. 13.
Mixed horses will be taken for the main catalogue through Friday, Oct. 20. Entries beyond that date will go in the supplement that will remain open until noon on Monday, Nov. 13.
This highly anticipated sale draws buyers from across the United States and Canada. It’s a perfect venue to sell two and three-year-olds at the end of their stakes season, along with young green prospects and raceway horses. In addition, breeders flock to the sale in search of broodmares and weanlings. With the supplement now remaining open until two days before the sale, horsepeople can bolster their buying power by bringing along a late entry to sell.
