On Thursday, October 3, the Ontario Racing Commission released its rulings regarding the appeals of licensees Dan Creighton, Kelly Goodwin, Richard Moreau, Keith Cassell and Dr. Ian Moore.
In regard to the appeal of Dan Creighton, the ORC ruling explains that Creighton’s appeal against the ORC’s ruling was withdrawn, and that the appeal against the penalty was allowed, in part, on consent. To read an official copy of the ORC ruling, click here.
