On Wednesday, October 28, the Ontario Racing Commission released its ruling in regard to the appeals of licencees Terry Fritz and Stacey Reinsma.
Fritz had appealed against Ruling Number SB 47813, which was issued to him on August 25, 2015. The ORC denied his appeal. A transcript with the ORC’s oral Reasons for Decision can be read by clicking here.
