A pair of Ontario-sired three-year-olds shared honours as the Fall Extravaganza Mixed Sale topper on Sunday at Flamboro Downs.

Legzy, a multiple-Ontario Sires Stakes winning filly by Amigo Hall and campaigned by Rob Fellows, was purchased by Sal Digati of Washington, PA for $32,000.

Also fetching a price of $32,000 was pacing colt Pointsman. The speedy son of Royal Mattjesty was collared by Jacques Bruyere, acting as agent for Rene Allard.

The chilly temperatures didn't keep prospective buyers away from the SC Sales Pavilion on Sunday, with 138 horses being sold for $864,700. That total resulted in an average of $6,265 per horse.
