Officials with the Hambletonian Society have announced a pair of driver changes for Saturday’s Breeders Crown finals at Woodbine Racetrack.
The first of the driver changes is in Race 4, the $648,700 Breeders Crown Three-Year-Old Filly Pace. Corey Callahan steered Mosquito Blue Chip to a fourth-place finish in her elimination, but he will drive Bettor Be Steppin on Saturday. Andy Miller has picked up the drive on Mosquito Blue Chip, and the duo will start from Post 5 on Saturday. They have been assessed at 15-1 on the morning line.
The other driver change comes in Race 5, which is the $778,440 Breeders Crown Two-Year-Old Filly Trot. Chris Christoforou was in the bike when Dewdle All Day finished fifth in her elimination, but he will drive Magical Wonder on Saturday. Brett Miller has picked up the drive on Dewdle All Day. They have been pegged at odds of 30-1 on the morning line and will start from Post 2.
The post position draws for the majority of the Breeders Crown finals took place after the eliminations last Friday and Saturday.
