On Monday, October 21, the Ontario Racing Commission released its Notice of Decision in regard to the matter of the appeal of Frank Baker Jr.
The ORC’s Notice of Decision states that it has accepted an Agreed Statement of Facts regarding the matter and that it is assessing a cost of $1,000 for Baker withdrawing his appeal.
A transcript with the ORC Panel’s oral Reasons for Decision is attached to the official copy of the Notice.
