The Standardbred Retirement Foundation has drawn a winner in the raffle for the trip to Ireland.
"Our winner is from Illinois and we are waiting for her to call back to share the great news," stated Tammy Cailliau, SRF's trip promoter.
The trip includes a four-day and three-night stay in Ireland, a stay in an ancient castle, airfare voucher, horseback riding, with breakfast and dinner daily.
The raffle has brought attention to SRF's increasing need for donors to help support the largest number of Standardbreds any organization is caring for, 252, making SRF the largest Standardbred program in the US.
Later in the year, SRF will host another raffle for a trip to the Prix d'Amerique Race, which includes a five-day/four-night stay at a four-star hotel, an airfare voucher, tickets to the event, a tour of local sites in Paris, a farm tour, and much more.
SRF appreciates the wonderful support of this vital fundraiser.
