The Atlantic Provinces Harness Racing Commission has approved a slew of race date changes for the 2017 season of live racing at Truro Raceway in Nova Scotia.
The nine dates that have been cancelled are April 2, 9 and 16, July 2, 9, 25, 27 and 30, and December 24.
Details of the seven added dates appear below.
SATURDAYS
• July 1, 8, 22 (first-race post time 6:30 p.m.)
• August 5 (first-race post time 6:30 p.m.)
TUESDAY
• July 18 (first-race post time 7:00 p.m.)
THURSDAY
• July 20 (first-race post time 7:00 p.m.)
SUNDAY
• September 3 (first-race post time 1:00 p.m.)
In addition to the race date changes, the APHRC also announced a post-time change for one of the cards. First post for the Saturday, July 29 program has been moved forward a half hour from 7:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
