Rosecroft Raceway has cancelled its harness racing program scheduled for Wednesday, Jan. 28 due to the continued effects of the winter storm on the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.
Live harness racing at Rosecroft is scheduled to resume on Thursday, Jan. 29. First post for the 13-race program is 7:15 p.m.
