On Friday, January 25, the Ontario Racing Commission released its ruling on an appeal from horseman Jay Cochlin.
Cochlin's appeal was in relation to a one-year suspension, two-year probation and $5,000 fine stemming from an issue from May 7, 2012. The ORC denied Cochlin's appeal.
