Due to the forecasted bad weather expected to hit the area, MGM Yonkers Raceway will not conduct the draw for Friday, Jan. 30 on Monday, Jan. 26. Instead, there will be a double draw for Friday and Monday, Feb. 2 on Tuesday, Jan. 27 with the box closing at the usual time of 3 p.m.
A decision about Monday's live racing card will be made on Sunday after evaluating the situation from the impending storm.
As a reminder, there is a $5,431.99 Pick 5 carryover on the Friday evening program along with a $15,000 guaranteed pool in conjunction with the USTA's Strategic Wagering program. The sequence begins in race five.
Yonkers is operating on a Monday through Friday live racing schedule with first post time each night at 6:45 p.m.
