This Friday (Jan. 25), fans can watch the world’s greatest racing while dining on authentic Mexican-American cuisine in ‘Pink’ at the Meadowlands Racetrack.
The Mexican-themed buffet is $29.95 and features all the classic dishes. Guests can start their night with tortilla and hominy soup, chili con queso, and quesadillas. Buffet entrees include chicken and beef chimichangas, a make-your-own taco bar with all the fixings, black beans and a variety of salsas.
Flan and tres leches cake will round out the flavourful meal.
Reservations can be made by calling 201-THE-BIGM. Live harness racing will kick off at 7:15 p.m.
As an added bonus, diners will now be able to ‘Eat & Earn’ with the new dining VIP card. Guests that dine in Pink Friday nights five times will get 50 per cent off their sixth buffet. Guests that have dined on 11 Friday buffets will get their 12th buffet for free. Diners will receive a rewards card on their first visit to a Friday night buffet.
