Multiple winning tickets on Thursday’s Jackpot Hi 5 wager at Woodbine Racetrack forced a carryover of $147,693.20 into Friday evening’s eleventh race at the Rexdale, Ontario oval.
Jet Hot Stuff rallied off cover to win Thursday’s finale at odds of 3-1, with One Night Dance (5-1), Itza Free For All (9-5), Outer Driver Girl (18-1) and Thrill Chaser (11-1) rounding out the top finishers. The winning combination of numbers 2-6-7-5-4 kicked back $4,333.55 to winning ticket holders for a $1-based wager.
