Charles Armstrong was unable to attend the Induction ceremony, but did accept the via video. On stage Paula Wellwood (second from left) made the presentation to Charlie's wife Lenore and three daughters - Jennifer Armstrong McGregor, Caroline Armstrong Smith and Nancy Armstrong Olvey.
