The Ontario Racing Commission has released its ruling regarding licensee Brenda Spence.
Spence had initially requested a stay of Ruling Number SB 40/2013, but has since asked to withdraw her request for both her stay and appeal.
The ORC granted Spence's requests and assessed her costs of $1,500.
