It’s that time of year again. The Canadian harness racing community is anxiously awaiting the 2011 O’Brien Awards, the black tie awards gala which celebrates the very best in our industry for the past year

The ballots have been sent out to the voters and the nominees will be announced on Wednesday, December 21.
The O’Brien Awards are the highest honor our sport bestows upon its heroes in the country. Who will be taking home a coveted bronze trophy for their racing accomplishments in 2011? You’ll have to wait and find out.
