Taking control from the start off the pylons, Little Joke ($3.20) fired up fractions of :29.3, :59.2 and 1:28.3 and romped away to a four-length score over Whos Got The Move (Kevin Cummings) while Sarah Cola (Jim Morrill Jr.) rolled in for third.

It was the third victory in nine tries this year for the nine-year-old mare Little Joke (Bettors Delight-Town Joke), who is owned by the Vogel & Wags Nags Stable, Team Rice Racing and Adelphia Bloodstock. The win moved her seasonal earnings to $17,520 and $333,593 lifetime.

The other sub-featured event, the $7,900 Class B trot, saw Tartufo Lindy go coast to coast in a seasonal best 1:58.3. He turned back Le Millenaire (Billy Davis Jr.) by two lengths with All About Thechase (Mike Caprio) finishing in third.

Owned by Mike Torcello and trained by Gerry Sarama, eight-year-old gelding Tartufo Lindy (Conway Hall-Peace Of Pie) made his second trip to the winner's circle in 11 appearances in 2021. The victory improved his seasonal bankroll to $14,561 and $87,755 in his career.
