Seekman Comments On Rail Spot

Post 1 is a coveted spot to have at the Little Brown Jug, and Joe Seekman agrees in full. "You can't get much better than that (the rail)," said the trainer of World Record holder Art Official, a son of Art Major.

With a number of speedy pacers in to contest the heated event, competition can't be taken lightly.

"This is a really quality field," Seekman said about the third of the opening heat divisions, which also features Santanna Blue Chip, Moon Beam and Dali, among others.

"Nobody enters for fun when it costs $6,000 (entry fee)," said Seekman. "The colt (Art Official) has never been better. He is really, really sharp."
